Position: Hospitality Intern

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: Flexible

Compensation: stipend of $500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist with front desk operations at the boutique hotel, embodying our design-centric approach in guest interactions and experiences.
• Support the property management team with day-to-day operations of vacation rentals, ensuring our design vision is reflected in every guest touchpoint.
• Collaborate with our design team to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties and create visually captivating experiences.
• Aid in food and beverage service, ensuring that our design ethos extends to dining experiences and presentation.
• Provide administrative support, such as data entry, inventory management, and assisting with guest communications.
• Have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our design philosophy by participating in property walkthroughs and design brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Currently enrolled in a hospitality management program, design program, or related field, or recent graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
