Custumer Relationship Management (e-Commerce) Internship
You will assist our Multilingual Frontend Manager in the following areas:
¢Monitoring Order Flow (Finance / Logistics)
¢Error source identification and appropriate solution
¢End to end business process monitoring
¢Troubleshooting and testing (Testing new functionalities, features, etc)
¢Customer Relation Management
¢Customer satisfaction management
¢Catt Calls Monitoring and Processing
¢Weekly operations reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Multilingual customer support
You should have experience and/or knowledge in the fields mentioned above and should be used to working with Microsoft Office and the common standard applications related to the Internet.
You should be a native English speaker and ideally speak German and French fluently. Working proactive and independent is of great importance to us.
Besides the possibility of gaining international work experience in a very attracting city, the internship will be rewarded with 400 Euro/month.
