Marketing Communications Assistant (m/f)/(20 hours/week)

As MarComm Assistant you will provide administrative support and coordination for a wide range of marketing communication projects, events, speaking engagements, and internal and external communications throughout the EMEA region. You will assist and maintain administrative systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of the department.
 
Your tasks include:
 
Assisting in planning and coordinating marketing communications projects and tasks (example: location research, hotel bookings, guest relations, invitation management, invoicing)
Supporting internal and external meetings and events
Supporting proofreading, editing, graphic design and production management for marketing communication outputs
Assisting in PR projects
Conducting online research and reports findings, orally and in writing
Providing staff support at meetings, conferences and events

 

Matriculated student with work experience in a related field (marketing/communications/public relations) or similar education (apprenticeship)
Profound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Conversant with internet researches
Fluent in English and German
