Social Media Internship

 "TourComm" stands for tourism communication. We specialize in marketing, sales and representation within the international tourism industry. We are located in Germany, an exciting and important source and destination market, and are currently active in more than 18 markets worldwide. We work with both national and international clients, including tourist boards, cultural events and hotels, just to name a few.

As an intern at TourComm, you have the chance to be a part of a creative, lively and outgoing team and experience the exciting, international and intercultural environment of a tourism and destination marketing agency.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, both independently and in coordination with a project manager, wherein you are encouraged to contribute your ideas and take on an active role in regards to project strategy and operations. Our goal is to expand and deepen your practical and theoretical knowledge about marketing within the tourism industry.
 

We are looking for students studying business, tourism, corporate communication, corporate economy or other closely-related fields with an emphasis on social media marketing.
You should be able to work effectively and confidently with the usual social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and preferably already have some work experience in the areas of tourism, journalism or PR. 
This position requires written and spoken fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages, including a basic knowledge of German, is a plus, whereas practical knowledge of MS Office (Work, Excel, Power Point) is a definite must.
We also look for candidates with a positive, open and friendly personality. Flexibility, creativity, engagement and organizational skills are a must-have for a successful integration into our agency.
