Essential Job Functions for Marketing & Sales:

 

Assisting Marketing Project Manager and VP of Operations with day-to-day marketing and operational activities.
Building brand awareness for Villazzo in the high-end villa hotels and villa management markets.
Managing & updating ACT Client & Agent Database.
Work on Marketing Projects (Brochures, Ads, Postcards, Website…).
Preparing Sales Packages for Agents (Concierge Companies, Hotel Concierges, Travel Agencies…), Clients and Luxury Home Owners.
Research new Marketing contacts (Embassies, Hollywood Agencies…) and input them into Villazzo’s Client & Agent Database.
Visiting Tradeshows if required.
Conducting market research.
Assisting in administration of Press folder.
Undertaking other ad hoc tasks and projects as agreed.

 

Essential Job Functions Assistant to Director Of Sales:

 

Diary Management
National and international Travel Arrangements
Screening phone calls, take messages and make appointments
Assisting President with any ad hoc projects
Administrative tasks
Organizing and attending meetings
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Qualifications:

 

Studies preparing a Bachelor or equivalent inInternational Management with focus on Marketing
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English
French is an advantage
Efficient work ethics
Cultural competence
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to resolve problems
Ability to work with minimal supervision
General knowledge of hospitality business
Candidate may be required to work on week-ends
Candidate has to have transportation
Overtime may be required on occasion

Remuneration:

$750/month
