Project Admin Support

This business administration placement offers an excellent opportunity for real hands on experience. You will be providing administrative support for several departments including Finance, Marketing and Production. Since the company has offices through the UK, this will involve you having to work at a number of different locations for which they company would cover all expenses. In doing this, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable insight into all areas of the business.

Key responsibilities and tasks will include:

Working across several departments of the Company
Dealing with existing clients by mail, email and telephone
Dealing with sales order processing
Creating reports, as appropriate
Data analysis
Liaison with customers and colleagues
Assisting with the preparation of documents
General office administration

Essential requirements:

Very good written & spoken English
Good people/interpersonal skills
Computer literate – Good MS Office skills
Commercially aware
Ability to work on own initiative
Team player

Desirable attributes:
Any previous experience in a similar role would be useful.

There are many arms to the company with an acquisitions company primarily focused on buying strategic companies to further support its ambitions.

Although the Company is focussed on the UK market, the organisation benefits from numerous offices throughout the UK in Scotland, London & Derby. The UK Head Office is located on a purpose designed business park

Location:

The main office is located on the outskirts of Bath & Bristol
The area has excellent local amenities include a busy and thriving shopping centre.
There are numerous places of interest nearby including Stonehenge, Westonbirt Arboretum and the City of Bath, with its Roman spa and Georgian façade

London is less than 2 hours.

Remuneration details:

Allowance of £700 a month will be provided to assist with accommodation and subsistence costs.

The company will provide the 1st three days accommodation in a hotel. This will allow students to not have to worry about where they are staying until they arrive.

This remuneration package is not negotiable under ANY circumstances.
